Immunocytochemistry - Anti-GPCR GPR17 antibody (ab106781)ab106781 staining GPCR GPR17 in HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells by Immunocytochemistry. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (10 ug/ml) for 1 hour, followed by incubation by an Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml).
Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 ug/ml), followed by an Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml).
