Flow Cytometry - Anti-GOLPH2 antibody (ab277142)
Flow cytometric analysis of GOLPH2 expression on HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells. The cells were stained with ab277142 at 1/25 dilution then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
