Western blot - Anti-gamma Catenin (phospho Y550) antibody (ab29041)Western blot analysis of gamma-Catenin immunoprecipitated from lysates prepared from A431 cells treated with pervanadate. The immunoprecipitation was performed using mouse monoclonal anti-gamma-Catenin. The blots were probed with anti-phospho-gamma-Catenin (Tyr-550) antibody. The immunoprecipitated gamma-Catenin was untreated (lane 1) or treated with alkaline phosphatase (lane 2) then probed with the antibody. In addition, the anti-phospho-gamma-Catenin (Tyr-550) was used in the presence of phospho-gamma-Catenin (Tyr-550) peptide (lane 3) or phospho-gamma-Catenin (Tyr-644) peptide (lane 4).
