Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of SK-N-BE (Human neuroblastoma cell line) cells labeling GABRA4 using ab242008 at 1:100 for 60 minutes at RT. Cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde for 15 minutes at RT.
Secondary Antibody: Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:100 for 60 minutes at RT.
