Detection of Human FKBP-135 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Nuclear extract (5 and 20 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: ab14432 used at 0.2 mcg/ml for WB in lane 1,2,3,4,5 and at 2 µg/mg extract for IP in lane 3 (B), ab14433 used at 2 µg/mg extract for IP in lane 4 (B) and ab14434 used at 2 mcg/mg extract for IP in lane 5 (B). Detection: chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 25 minutes (A) and 10 minutes (B).
