1μg/mL of ab186300 was sufficient for detection of FGF13 in 20 μg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
The clone number has been updated from S235-22 to N235/22, both clone numbers name the same antibody clone.

Secondary Antibody: Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:100 for 1 hour at RT.
Cells were fixed with 4% formaldehyde for 15 minutes at RT.
