    The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID:10233760 and 8082810).

    This blot was developed using a higher sensitivity ECL substrate.  There is weak expression in human testis, liver and pancreas.  The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID:10233760, 8082810).

    Exposure time: 125 seconds

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab255823).
