Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue labeling DPEP3 with ab235451 at 1/4000 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use. Membranous staining on tumor epithelial cells of one case human breast cancer is observed. Counter stained with hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use.
Heat mediated antigen retrieval using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0).
Please note that DPEP3 was not detected in every breast cancer tissue sample tested due to the heterogeneity of expression.

DPEP3 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg of human testis lysate with ab235451 at 1/30 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab235451 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366), was used for detection at 1/5000 dilution.
Lane 1: Human testis lysate 10 μg (Input).
Lane 2: ab235451 IP in human testis lysate.
Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab235451 in human testis lysate.Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Exposure time: 3 minutes. -
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human testis tissue labeling DPEP3 with ab235451 at 1/4000 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use. Membranous and cytoplasmic staining on human germ cells but not Leydig cells (arrow) or Sertoli cells (arrowhead) (PMID: 21724266) is observed. Counter stained with hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use.
