Western blot - Anti-DEF6 antibody [OTI1E3] (ab279395)

HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY DEF6 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed.

Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with ab279395 at a 1/500 dilution.
