Immunofluorescence staining of Cyclin A1 in HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with ab276044 at 1/300 dilution at 37°C for 1 hour. Then cells were stained with an AlexaFluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
