The expression profile/molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID:30323815, 28772263, 20956340).

Low expression: skeletal muscle, stomach (PMID:20956340).

This blot was developed using a higher sensitivity ECL substrate.

Exposure time: 81 seconds.
Immunoprecipitation - Anti-COLEC11 antibody [EPR24192-169] (ab278081)

COLEC11 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg Mouse plasma with ab278081 at 1/30 dilution (2ug in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab278081 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP)(ab131366) was used at 1/5000 dilution.

Lane 1: Mouse plasma 10 μl

Lane 2: ab278081 IP in Mouse plasma

Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab278081 in Mouse plasma
