Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation time 1 hour (10 µg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 secondary antibody (1 µg/ml).
