Flow cytometric analysis of 2-day unstimulated (left panel) and 2-day LPS activated (right pabel) C57Bl/6 splenocytes labeling CD86 with 0.25 µg ab171221 (filled histogram) with Rat IgG2b K Isotype Control Functional Grade Purified (open histogram) followed by anti-Rat IgG FITC. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
