Flow cytometry analysis of mouse splenocytes cells with 0.25 µg of purified rat IgG2b isotope control (open histogram) or 0.25 µg of ab185744 followed by anti-rat IgG FITC (filled histrogram). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
