Flow Cytometry - Anti-CD32 antibody [AT10] (ab281898)
Human leukocytes were stained with an isotype control (panel A) or the rabbit chimera version of this antibody (ab281900) (panel B) at 1 µg/ml for 30 minutes at room temperature in flow cytometric analysis. After washing, bound antibody was detected using an AF488 conjugated Donkey Anti-Rabbit antibody.
