This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol and sodium azide ab267462.
Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes treated with 2.5 µg/ml concanavalin A (ConA) for 24h cells labeling CD30-L with ab267462 at 1/50 dilution (Right) compared to rabbit monoclonal IgG ab172730 isotype control (Left). Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150077) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Cells were stained with rabbit IgG (Left) or ab267462 (Right). Then stained with anti-CD4 conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647.
Gated on viable cells.
CD30-L is expressed on activated CD4+ T cells (PMID: 10080930).
