    ASF1b was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of K562 (human chronic myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cell line ) whole cell lysate using 0.5 µL ab276071 and 60 μg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein G. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab276071 at 1/500 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution. 

    Developed using the odssey technique.

    Performed under reducing conditions.
