Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-ANK-3 antibody [N106/20] (ab134317)
4% formaldehyde-fixed SK-N-BE (human) cells labeling ANK-3 using ab134317 at 1/100 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed for 15 minutes at room temperature and incubated with primary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature. Secondary antibody was a goat anti-mouse ATTO 488 (green) at 1/200 dilution incubated for 1 hour at rom temperature. Counterstained with Phalloidin Texas Red F-actin stain. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
