Lane 1 : Anti-AMCase antibody [EPR19984] (ab207169) at 1/5000 dilution
Lane 2 : Anti-AMCase antibody [EPR19984] (ab207169) at 1/2000 dilution
Lane 1 : Mouse stomach lysate
Lane 2 : Mouse liver lysate
Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.
Secondary
All lanes : Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/100000 dilution
Predicted band size: 53 kDa
Observed band size: 50 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted? This data was developed using ab207169, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Blocking and dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Exposure times: Lane 1: 5 seconds; Lane 2: 30 seconds.
Mouse AMCase mRNA is predominantly found in stomach and salivary gland, but not found in small intestine, liver and colon (PMID: 11085997; 12971947).
Negative control: Mouse liver.

This data was developed using ab207169, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse stomach tissue labeling AMCase with ab207169 at 1/8000 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/500 dilution. Strong positive staining on bottom gastric glands of mouse stomach is observed [PMID: 12971947]. Counter stained with Hematoxylin. Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/500 dilution. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
