- SIN-1 (3-morpholinosydnonimine) treated BSA. Use between 1-2.5mM SIN-1 for 1-24 hours, grow cells under normal growth conditions. Please see Yasuda S, Idell S, Liu MC. Biochem J. 2007 Jan 15;401(2):497-503. PMID: 17002600. IHC-P: Mouse back skin and inflammed colon tissue; Human colon carcinoma tissue. Rat liver tissue. WB: A549 cell lysate.
