Selective TrkA receptor inhibitor. Inhibits NGF-dependent TrkA phosphorylation (IC50 = 40 μM). Additionally inhibits ErbB2 and the VEGF receptor FLK-1 (IC50 = ~1 μM). Active in vitro and in vivo. Shows antitumor activity.
