Biological description
Potent, selective ATP competitive ATR inhibitor (Ki = 13 nM). Exhibits anticancer activity, inducing chromosome fragmentation, apoptosis, and cell death in vitro. Decreases phosphorylation of Chk1 and increases sensitivity of pancreatic cancer cells and leukemia cells to radiation.
