Selective inhibitor of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) receptor tyrosine kinase (IC50 = 1.2 μM). Also inhibits epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor kinase (IC50 = 460 μM). Potent uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation. -

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
