TMB substrate is recommended for use with the Matched Antibody Pair kits for sandwich ELISA. TMB Substrate detects horseradish peroxidase activity, yielding a blue color (620 nm) that changes to yellow (450 nm) upon addition of a Stop Solution. The TMB substrate is supplied ready to use.

Product should be stored at 2-8°C. Exposure to direct sunlight and other UV sources should be avoided due to the light sensitive nature of the TMB molecule.
