Tertiapin Q (ab120432) derivative. Potent, selective blocker of K_ir1.1 channels. Shows greater than >250-fold selectivity for K_ir1.1 over K_ir3.1/3.4 (K_d values are 1.3 and 274 nM at K_ir1.1 and K_ir3.1/3.4, respectively). Displays greater selectivity at K_ir1.1 than Tertiapin Q (ab120432).

Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
