Biological description
Selective, non-ATP competitive GSK-3β inhibitor (IC50 = 2 µM). Binds to the active site of GSK3β. Also inhibits PKC activity (IC50 values are 1.4, 1.1 and 5.5 µM at βI, δ and ι isoforms respectively). IC50 values are > 100 µM for Cdk-1/cyclin B, CK-II and PKA. Shows neuroprotective effects. -
