Biological description
Selective allosteric FGFR inhibitor (IC50 = 1.9 μM, FGFR1). Potent antiproliferative agent. Potently inhibits FGF2-induced epithelial cell proliferation and migration (IC50 values are 31 and 15 nM respectively). Shows antiangiogenic, anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects in vivo. Orally active. -
