Biological description
Potent, highly selective ETB endothelin receptor agonist (Ki values are 0.29 and >1000 nM for ETB and ETA respectively). Activates PI turnover in the hippocampus (EC50 = 10 nM). Shows potent pressor effects and induces smooth muscle contraction in vivo.

Store at -20°C. Store under desiccating conditions. The product can be stored for up to 12 months. -
Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
