Biological description
Competitive PPMTase inhibitor (Ki = 2.6 μM). Ras inhibitor. Facilitates ras degradation, displacement from the plasma membrane and downstream signaling. Shows antiproliferative effects (IC50 = 7.5 µM, Rat1 fibroblasts). Induces autophagy in cancer cell lines. Shows antinecrotic, anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects in vivo. Orally active. -

Store at -20°C. Store under desiccating conditions. The product can be stored for up to 12 months. -
Handling
