Specific Activity: 40 pmol/min/µgAssay Conditions: Enzyme reactions include 40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/mL BSA, 10 μM ATP, 0.2 mg/mL casein, 3 mM DTT, and various amounts of Activin Receptor Type IA — incubated 45 minutes at 30 °C. Followed by addition of 25 μL of ADP-Glo reagent—incubated 45 minutes at room temperature. Followed by addition of 50 µl of Kinase Detection Reagent—incubated 45 minutes at room temperature. Luminescence was measured. -
