Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse IL1R1(CD121a) expression on NIH/3T3 cells. Cells were stained with ab279600 (Black peak) along with an isotype control (grey peak). The histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
