The pCambia1305.1 vector offers:

Bacterial selection with kanamycin
Plant selection with hygromycin B
Simple means to construct translational fusions to GusPlus™ reporter genesPlant selection genes in the pCambia vectors are driven by a double-enhancer version of the CaMV35S promoter and terminated by the CaMV35S polyA signal. Reporter genes feature a hexa-Histidine tag at the C-terminus to enable simple purification on immobilized metal affinity chromatography resins.
The GusPlus™ gene contains an intron from the castor bean catalase gene to prevent expression by bacteria and ensure detection of plant-expressed glucuronidase activity.
