Biological description
Endogenous lipid that acts as a potent, selective GPR55 agonist (EC50 = 4 nM). Highly selective over CB2 and CB1 receptors (EC50 values are 19.8 and >30 μM, respectively). Fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and PEA-preferring acid amidase (PAA) substrate. PPARα agonist (EC50 = 3 μM). Analgesic, anticonvulsant and antiinflammatory actions.

Handling
