Biological description
Menin-MLL (Mixed linage leukemia) protein interaction inhibitor (IC50 = 0.45 μM). Selectively inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of leukemia cells harboring MLL fusion proteins. Blocks transformation and induces hematopoietic differentiation of MLL-AF9 transformed bone marrow cells. Inhibits the Menin-MLL-AF9 interaction in HEK-293 cells.
