Biological description
Potent voltage-sensitive K+ channel blocker. Causes mast cell degranulation by releasing histamine. Binds several subclasses of voltage-gated K+ channels, including Kv1.1, Kv1.6, and less potently to Kv1.2. Immunotoxic and neurotoxic properties in vitro. -
