Soluble guanylate cyclase inhibitor (IC50 = 2 μM). Competitive NADPH inhibitor (Ki = 2 μM). Noncompetitive glutathione reductase inhibitor (Ki = 3 μM). Inhibits leukotriene synthesis (IC50 = 1.8 μM). Selective MPS1 protein kinase inhibitor. Induces p21. Lowers cGMP and cAMP levels in vivo. -
