Highly potent, selective VEGFR-2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.9 nM). Shows some inhibition to c-Kit, PDGFRα and FGFR-2 signaling (IC50 = 40-170 nM). Shows antiangiogenic and antitumor effects in vivo.
