Biological description
Potent, cell-permeable, selective calcineurin-NFAT interaction inhibitor (Kd = 800 nM). Blocks NFAT dephosphorylation, cytokine mRNA induction and nuclear import (~40 µM). Unlike CsA (ab120114) and FK506 (ab120223) INCA-6 does not indiscriminately block other calcineurin substrates. Anti-inflammatory agent. Active in vitro and in vivo.

Handling
