Biological description
TRPM8 agonist (EC50 values are 0.4 and 7 μM in the presence and absence of Ca2+ respectively). Super-cooling agent. Weakly activates TRPA1. Inhibits TRPV3 (IC50 values are 0.5 and 7 μM in the presence and absence of Ca2+ respectively). Produces wet-dog shakes in vivo. -
