Biological description
Inhibits 20-HETE production (IC50 values are 18, 12 and 21 nM for CPY4A1, 4A2 and 4A3 respectively). Increases renal blood flow and inhibits cerebral ischemic damage in vivo. Crosses the blood-brain barrier. -

Handling
