Flow Cytometry - Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - H&L (SureLight® APC), pre-adsorbed (ab99900)Fluorescence excitation and emission spectra of Allophycocyanin in 100mM sodium phosphate (pH7.2) + 1mM EDTA and 1mM sodium azide. The emission scan was taken with excitation at 630nm. The excitation scan was taken with an emission at 660nm. The curves were normailized to equalize peak heights.
