Antiproliferative agent. Inhibits melanogenesis. Induces apoptosis through caspase 3, 8, and 9 activation and PARP cleavage. Activates ERK1/2, p38 MAPK and JNK1/2. Shows estrogenic, neuroprotective, depigmenting and antitumor effects in vivo. Orally active. -

Handling
