Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-PPM1A antibody [01] (ab275711)
Flow cytometric analysis of PPM1A in Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual , and then stained with ab275711 at 10 µl/Test. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
