Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-MRP8 antibody [07] (ab275635)
Flow cytometric analysis of human whole blood granulocytes labeling MRP8 (S100A8) with ab275635 at 5 μl/Test (Black) compared with isotype control (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable Granulocytes.
