    Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-Bid antibody [10] (ab275654)

Flow cytometric analysis of Bid expression on Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual, and then stained with ab275654 at 10 µl/Test. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
