Biological description
Endogenous estrogen. GPR30 antagonist. Shows weak estrogenic effects when administered acutely but strong estrogenic effects when administered chronically. Shows antagonistic effects when combined with estradiol (IC50 = 2 nM, ERα). Shows antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects in vivo. -

Handling
