Biological description
Fluorescent nitric oxide probe. DAF-2 (ab145269) solution. Reacts with NO in the presence of oxygen to yield the highly fluorescent triazolofluorescein DAF-2T (ab145473). Determines nitric oxide synthase activity. Membrance impermeable DAF-2 DA (ab145283, ab146630) derivative. Has a 2-5 nM detection limit at neutral pH.
