Potent, selective, competitive farnesyltransferase inhibitor (IC50 = 55 nM). Inhibits geranylgeranyltransferase I and II and protein prenyltransferase (IC50 values are 92, 34 and 17 μM respectively). Blocks Ha-Ras signalling. Active in vivo. -

Handling
