Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-USP4 antibody (ab236987)Paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue stained for USP4 using ab236987 at 1/500 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4° overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-USP4 antibody (ab236987)U-251 MG (Human brain glioma cell line) cells stained for USP4 (green) using ab236987 at 1/166 dilution in ICC/IF, followed by Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L). Counterstained with DAPI (blue).
The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal goat serum. The cells were then incubate with primary antibody at 4°C overnight.
