    This data was developed using ab124841, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.ab124841, at 1/250 to 1/500, staining TAOK3 (phospho S177) + TAOK2 (phospho S181) + TAOK1 (phospho S181) in Human colonic adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemistry [Paraffin Embedded Tissues (IHC-P)]. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
